Beta Acknowledgment

By participating in the Curio beta, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Curio is currently in beta and may contain errors, incomplete features, changes, or interruptions.
• Features may be added, modified, or removed during the beta period.
• Curio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent retention of data during beta.
• You should maintain appropriate independent copies of important project records.
• AI-generated suggestions, extracted information, measurements, budgets, schedules, and product information must be independently reviewed and must not be relied upon without appropriate professional verification.
• You understand that Curio is a project tool and does not replace the judgment or services of licensed or qualified professionals.

Confidential Beta (Optional)

Curio may designate certain participants as Confidential Beta Participants. This flag supports additional beta-specific terms in the future if legal counsel advises they are necessary. Curio does not require a separate NDA from every normal beta user unless legal counsel recommends it.

ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED. Any additional confidential beta terms must be inserted here by qualified legal counsel before they take effect.
